Career Ready Workforce Certification: Soft Skills - A "Life-Changing" Experience
Employers report that basic employability skills- i.e. soft skills - are among the most desirable, but often missing, skills that employees possess. To provide these skills for skilled and unskilled workers, Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend created and implemented the Career Ready Workforce Certification (CRWC).This four-day workshop empowers participants with employable job skills that organizations find an integral and necessary part of everyday business.
